Analyzing Tail Fin Regeneration in Zebrafish Embryos

Proper wound healing is critical to organismal survival. Here, we assess zebrafish tail fin regeneration over 3 days following embryo tail transection. Immunohistochemistry is performed to label mpx positive neutrophils. Neutrophil numbers and regeneration length of the tail are determined using Gen5.
