Counting Caenorhabditis Elegans in 96-Well Plates

Among laboratory animals, Caenorhabditis elegans is one of the simplest and easiest to handle and is responsible for a number of key studies. Here, C. elegans were aliquoted into a 96 well plate and imaged as a 7x7 montage in the brightfield channel. Image analysis was used to determine the number of worms in each well.
